About Me

Born in Lima, Peru, Ingrid Walker relocated to Florida in 2009. From a young age, she has devoted herself to working with others. Her passion for listening and teaching led her to study linguistics and literature. After graduating from college, Ingrid taught high school seniors by day and United Nations staff who needed to speak Spanish as a second language by night. She enjoys sports as much as reading to maintain the discipline of her mind and body. It wasn’t until she moved to Sarasota that she experienced what she calls “the best years of her life.” Ingrid fell in love with the beauty of the beaches, the arts and culture, and the unique charm that makes Sarasota so special and attracts people from all over the world. Ingrid decided to apply her teaching skills to real estate, where she listens to people’s needs, searches for the best options, and helps her clients meet their lifestyle choices.

Nacida en Lima, Perú, Ingrid Walker se trasladó a Florida en 2009. Desde joven, se ha dedicado a trabajar con los demás. Su pasión por escuchar y enseñar la llevó a estudiar lingüística y literatura. Después de graduarse de la universidad, Ingrid enseñó a estudiantes de último año de secundaria durante el día y al personal de las Naciones Unidas que necesitaba hablar español como segundo idioma por la noche. Disfruta de los deportes tanto como de la lectura para mantener la disciplina de su mente y cuerpo. No fue hasta que se mudó a Sarasota que experimentó lo que ella llama "los mejores años de su vida". Ingrid se enamoró de la belleza de las playas, las artes y la cultura, y del encanto único que hace a Sarasota tan especial y atrae a personas de todo el mundo. Ingrid decidió aplicar sus habilidades de enseñanza al sector inmobiliario, donde escucha las necesidades de las personas, busca las mejores opciones y ayuda a sus clientes a cumplir con sus preferencias de estilo de vida.
